Please call (916) 448-2450 during business hours and our front desk coordinator will be happy to assist you with an appointment. Weekday appointments are the most available, with weekend and evening appointments generally filling in advance. We encourage you to check with us for a last minute appointment in the event we may have had a last minute cancellation. Spa packages and multi-service appointments must be reserved by credit card or gift certificate number.


As a courtesy, appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance of the appointment.

Cancellation Policy

At times it may be necessary for you to cancel your appointments. Due to the time and cost to prepare for each client, 24 hours notice of cancellation is required, allowing us time to fill the appointment. If no notice has been given for a missed appointment, clients will be required to leave a credit card number to book future appointments. The full service price will be charged to your credit card if subsequent appointments are missed. Exception: A 48 hour cancellation notice is required for spa packages and multi service appointments to avoid a 100% charge to your credit card or gift certificate.


Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your spa appointment, and 5 minutes prior to your salon appointment. Arriving late will shorten the precious moments of your spa treatment. Remember, your treatment will end on time so our next guest isn’t delayed, regardless of how late you start. Appointments are subject to rescheduling if client arrives more than 15 minutes after scheduled time. Please understand late comers will incur the full fee for shortened services.

Personal Locker Amenities

Lockers with locks will be provided for multiple spa services. Regretfully, we cannot be responsible for your personal property. You may want to keep valuables with you.

Spa Treatment Attire

All guests having body treatments will be provided with a robe, disposable spa panty and slippers. You may feel free to bring along last season’s swimsuit.

We aim to delight. Please let us know if there is anything we can do to make your time in our facility more relaxing. If for any reason you are dissatisfied, please make sure you see our salon manager.
